Cabelas in Canada!

Was just out this morning to the new Cabelas store here in Winnipeg, which just had its grand opening! Cabelas had acquired Sidney I. Robinson outfitters headquartered here, and are now the Cabelas head office here in Canada.  Could barely find room to park in the lot! A wide variety of Bradley smokers on offer and accesories!  Was hoping they would finally get north of the 49th!  :)

I think they bought them out about a year ago and have been working on it ever since. I bought a Cabelas grinder and a stuffer from them a number of months ago. Great to see!  8)

Yes, it was about a year back, that they got together. SIR was a great, long-standing outfitter and now its just gotten that much better with them becoming Cabelas. Now all I have to figure out is how to stay away from the place and not blow every penny I have.  ;D
