Will one of you smokin vets please explain the difference between Iodized/Non-Iodized/Sea/Kosher and every other kind of salt?
I mean, I can look up the difference, but I'm thinking more in terms of the difference in a recipe as it pertains to smoking here.
It seems like recipes usually call for one specific kind.
