Big Butts

Got 2 of 4 large butts all rubbed with PYM and a CLASSIFIED rubb blend  ;D. These 2 are combined weight of 21.3/4 lbs.
Got some of the fat trimmed and they are soaking up the PYM in plastic wrap. Going in the smoker around 5 am/ish (LOL) EST.









Going to get a blast of hickory for around 4 hrs.

True, LQ, we couldn't. Our maple leafs would wilt and we'd be left with nothin' on. That's all we wear in really hot Canucklehead weather (75 F or so).

Only things i really miss is ,seeing my mom and sis, mexican food, hunting quail, mexican food  ;D , dont miss the heat.
Only in the 80s here yesterday and going to be 85 today...........Ahhhhhh gotta love mild weather for butt smokin  ;D

Here is one of them i was shredding. Putting in a vac bag to freeze for a party on the 19th. Having 3 briskits and 4 butts along with lots of other food and ADULT Beverages  ;D

My son will be home from Iraq on the 15th but he dont thik he can make the party cuz they have to download al their equipment.




Yeah it has a smoke ring but its a secret  ;D
