So I was reading the Bradley forums a minute ago,  (as usual, lately)  and my wife walked by.   She looked at the computer, scoffed,  grumbled a bit,  and exclaimed:


and I quote.............




"What the heck are you looking at?    Nevermind......   Why can't you just be a normal guy and look up porn or something?!?!"



I said.............




and I quote..........................






"OK!!!"   :o ::) ::) :P







Just polished off a turkey that I brined with Hab's Low Sodium Turkey Brine,  and smoked with 3 hours of apple.....    DELICIOUS!!!


I guess the wife will let me keep lookin' at the forums......

seriously.....  I have been a failed smoker for years until I bought the Bradley and got on this forum.   There are a BUNCH of great folks in here!


Oh yeah,   There IS one guy in here that will try to convince you to use mesquite on EVERYTHING.......  you can use your own judgement here.....   Nice enough guy,   just don't know 'bout them Texans!   ;) ;)   (just kidding WTS!) ;D

I have had a similar experiences. My brother in-law now rips on me when we eat. He likes to ask if I am going to take a picture of the BBQ before we eat.
