Do you clean it?

Hey there,
Just wondering if you ever clean your smoker? I've done about 10 batches and so far all I've cleaned is the outside. I spray the racks and inside trays with Pam before use and wash all that stuff, but the walls inside so far have never been touched, adds to the flavour is my escuse for being lazy!  []
What do you do?

I throw the racks, waterbowl & v-shaped tray in the dishwasher and wipe out the bottom. Walls are well seasoned.

You should make it a point to wipe off the face of the smoker & the rubber door seal. All that black stuff on the walls is a good thing, but it is also a very effective glue. If it builds up on your gasket, you're going to open the smoker one day & rip the gasket right out of the door.
