Beef short ribs

Hi. Any good recipes/cooking tips/suggestions.

<div align="left">Smoked some rib meat with apple wood in my Camoron Smoker yesterday and used the following recipe

Sweat And Sour Spareribs

5lb Pork Spare Ribs, Cut Into   
1 8ounce Can Crushed Pineapple Pieces With Syrup
1cup Brown Sugar   
3/4 Cup Catsup
3tablespoon Cornstarch   
3/4 Cup Water
1 Tablespoon Dry Mustard   
1/3 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1cup Vinigar  (apple Cider)   
Dash Salt And Pepper

Place Ribs  meat side up in  a single layer shallow pan. Brown in a 450 deg. oven for 20
 to 30 minutes.
Drain fat.

While ribs are in oven prepare sauce as follows:
Combine Remaining ingrediants in a saucepan, stir smooth, cook over med. heat until
 thick stirring constantly.
Salt and pepper ribs spoon on half the sauce.  reduce haet to 350 deg. bake for 45 min. longer Turn ribs cover with remaing sauce and bake 30 minutes longer or until done. </div id="left">
