Going to smoke some portioned boneless skinless chicken breast with the shack bbq sauce.

Here is the skinless/boneless chicken breast. Total of 6 cut into portions and marinating in the shack bbq sauce i made with grape soda.



Going to sit for awhile in the sauce then into BS with 4 pucks of oak @225*

Wow, those look great. Did you sauce them up again before taking out of the smoker?

I mopped em 3 times while smokin and just after taking out.

Those look really good, NePaS!   About how long did they smoke?  Did you shoot for an IT?  I'm always a bit concerned about chicken drying out.

I didnt do an IT on them because they are small. Just eyed them.

When i smoke chicken i use my top vent CCR fan.
