Yard and Pool

I am proud to say that I just bought a thank you gift for my daugher and her husband. I purchased a stainless Bradley, bubba pucks and bisquettes for a total of $412.00 including shipping. Yard and pool gives 10% off if you buy a smoker kit. I did look at other places but Yard and Pool has the best deal.

Racks or screens? I suspect screens since you are referring to Hi Temp and not non-stick coated. :)

The high temp screens are one of the best investments to make. If I were to make a list in order of importance:
Bradley
Temp Probe
Hi Temp Screens

Sorry, PIDS didn't make the list as they are nice to have not a necessity. 8)
