Another OBS Newbie

Ordered a OBS and expecting it tommorow. After reading through the forum I can't wait to get something smokin'. I already have belly curing and the "fixins" on hand for jerkey, beef sticks and summer sausage. I have had a traeger pellet grill for years and this should complement it well and do some things the traeger just can't do.
