Prayers for West Coast Kansan

Our prayers are out for the West Coast Kansan tonight.

WCK is a few miles from the Camp Pendelton fire in Oceanside. As far as the news, he has not had to evactuate but from my conversation from him earlier, I believe he is packed and ready to. For now, the smoking gods are favoring him and the Santa Anna winds are blowing the fire more away from his location than toward him.

Here is a picture of the smoke (yes the clouds in the picture is not the marine layer coming in) as viewed from my house which is about 25 miles away.

Fire can be one vicious beast to say the least. Thoughts and prayers are with you and your family WCK.

Been avoiding the forum today due to the "template parse error", but am glad I checked in.
