I haven't tried the fatties yet. This will have to be high on the "to do" list.

Is it the same thing as meatloaf?

If so can you use your favorite meatloaf recipe for a fatty?

FLBentRider

Looks good wts, I think I still have a fatty in the freezer.

FLBR,
In the freezer?  At my house a fatty doesn't live but about 30 minutes after coming out of the smoker. After that, those boys are gone!! :D  Think slices on a cracker with some cheese and mustard, ADIOS!

I made a smoker full, and they were languishing in the fridge amongst the pulled pork and canadian bacon.

When we break one out of the freezer, it is gone in under an hour after thawing. I have to claim head of household 'unwrap rights' or I won't get any.

2 cups tomato sauce
2-3 cloves garlic
small onion diced
green bell pepper diced
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 1/2 tsp sugar

A little over an hour later, time for the fattie....All sliced up!

Almost don't want to throw it in and just hang out snacking........Ok not all of it made it in the pot!  ;D  Just torn apart and into the pot!

Time to simmer for awhile!

WTS...It seems like a smoked sauce? I'm struggling with sphghetti and smoked sauce? Really looking forward to hear how it comes out? I tend to be a sauce "purist" with Italian...but hell...tell me it works???

NePaSmoKer

Looks pretty freakin good to me wts ......... well done  ;D

I forgot to show the end results, got it plated up and chowed down then crashed!  Nice pile of pasta smothered in sauce topped with parmessan, and a slice of garlic toast!
