i am serching for , i dont know what it is called but , it is a gold paper card that is packed with salmon or lox inside the vacuum bag, i know they have it gold backed vacuum seal bags, but i am looking for the card stock or preastation board, to put in my vacuum sealer bags, i have searched high and low threw google and can not find who sells it, or even the right name. i called the butcher/packer supply com. they dont know what its called or where to get it, thanks for your help. Another source is the picture framing supply houses.  My son is a professional photographer.  About 2 years ago, in a weak moment, I bought the entire inventory from a framing studio that was shutting down.  Got the machinery, vacuum press...everything to frame pictures.  Part of the inventory was some gold foil coated stock you can buy in sheets and cut to size, and would probably meet your need.  Call a local framing supply house and cruise them.  I bet you will find what you want.

looked threw the site, nothing there . this is made by somebody. and its for the food service. it got a plastic covering so the juices wont soak into it. thanks
