Yeah Beef, all seems good now, i got a nice mail this morning from Brian of Bradley Technologies.
The forum has been updated, and certain stuff installed including the "reCAPTCHA" mod that i spoke of in another post.

The reply to posts speed seems to be back to normal now, and as you say there is a noticeable lack of spammers right now!..........and long may it last! ;)

Hey Beef, I was thinking the same thing this morning. Didn't say anything for fear that it would start up again.

Covered in rub and smoked as a snack on aint bad either.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

To me, it ain't much different than hot dogs.  And you're right Wildcat, it's pretty dern good with hot sauce (I find hot sauce can cure a lot of things).  Never tried it rubbed and smoked though.

I would have been embarresed to say before now, but as we are doing our spam confessions, I am guilty as charged for brushing on hot wing sauce on some spam slices and smoking them with my wings
in the Big Easy basket racks and finish off in the B.E for the extra crisp fire and brimstone effect. [Glad I got that off my chest, thought that smoking spam would be scoffed at!]

Smoking Duck

It is........the rest of us were lying and wanted to catch you  ;) ;D ;D

Naw, I don't think anyone here would criticize anyone for anything they eat.

Now, if you were a Bengals or Lions fan, that would be entirely different  ;D

Spam also requires a sliver of cheese on top to make it heavenly.
