Yesterday was my first run on my new BS with my pork loin I smoked. My smoker was talking to me today every time I walked by it in the garage. So I headed to the store. Made some chicken wraps. Pretty dang good. I had to finish in the oven, smoker couldn't quite get up to temp in the cold tonight.

As I mentioned, they tasted great. I personally would like a litte extra kick.... switching out the cheese for pepper jack next time!

Thank you! Im already trying to think of what I want to do next. My wife wants ribs... so we will see!

Dex, that looks fantastic. For a little extra kick that won't offend anyone, try a thin coating of Tapatio hot sauce before you roll up. Not the kick of Tabasco, but a real nice flavor.
