...bring that meat grinder and sausage stuffer that is on my list along with my new DBS.  I don't need to waste all the time I took to download, print, punch and inserting into a huge 3-ring binder all of the 100's of sausage recipes thinking I would already be using my new DBS that is just sitting in my Envoy laughing at me, thinking that I don't have enough backbone to tel...., errr infor......  errrr ASK my wife if I can use it before Christmas!

Go ahead and open up your DBS and start using it.  She hasn't paid for it yet so Technically it is still yours!  Let her buy all the ad-ons that you didn't know to buy when you purchased the DBS!  Hey, my DBS is set to arrive tomorrow and by tomorrow night it will be assembled.....the inside cured.....and meat of some form will be cooking!  I will beat you to using it and will tell you about how well the food tasted!

Bbbbbbbuuuuuuuutttttttttt I value my life or at least my body members!  I'll be able to use it soon enough - then watch out.  The neighbors will be calling the fire department on me.  Can't wait to see how yours gets going.  BTW, to wile the time away, I'm building another one to use here at the office.  I have a lab oven that is adjustable from 75 to 350.  Three holes in the top already for themometers and probes.  Need to enlarge one for vent.  Got a Smoke Daddy coming for the smoke and will probably put a Rock's Stoker on it for temp. control from my desktop over the internet.  How much better can life get!  Ribs at lunch! yummmmm

That sounds like a dialed in plan.  If you get another I'll send you my shipping address. The folks at work wouldn't bat an eye, they would just be lined up every day with a clean plate.   ;D
