Hello Everyone

I've been reading these forums for a couple of weeks trying to figure out what I needed to
order. I've never had a smoker before, but I think from all the posts that I've read that I'm
getting the correct items.

1. DBS 6 Rack

2. Bubba Pucks

3.  PID Controller

4.  Maverick 73 Thermometer

5.  Cold Smoking Box

Looking forward to first attempt at this, there is a lot of help and advice in these forums.

I'm sure I'll be hollering for help on a lot of things.

Hi Wild_Man and welcome to the forum.

It looks like you got pretty much have everything except a selection of pucks.

What PID did you go with? An Auber plug n play?

Keep us posted on your smokin'!  ;)

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.

Can't hardly wait until everything arrives and I can get my first smoke started.

Hi Bill.  If you're going to buy a PID controller, you may want to order an original bradley smoker, rather than a digital.  The PID will enable you to set your temperatures which leaves the digital bradley functions redundant.

Welcome, and happy smoking!

Consiglieri,
Thanks for the added info.  I was wondering about that, but I don't have a PID so didn't know for sure.
