I downloaded the free Apples iTunes for Windows and all I can say is WOW~~! The radio part of it has 127 channels... I check my Windows Task Manager/ Processes and this is using from 00 to 02% of my system processor... unbelieveable! Its memory usage is only 11,484 kb~~~!

I'm telling you I got my gaming system just rocking with music... My wife's Altec Lansing TXH sound system, with that big dual sub-woofer will push you into the back wall....with the volume and quality of the sound. It just blows...don't know what else to say about her sound system other than it has a total of 12 speakers. [:D][:p][^]

If you like music and you don't have a radio program you like, I highly recommend this iTunes for Windows. In fact I'm so impressed I'm going to see what more you get with their purchased verison.

You can download it here: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ It runs on Windows 2000 and XP. The download also includes Quick Time another great program that in visualization is becoming a happening event on the net.

When it installs if you are happy with your current video/ audio viewer/ player then during the install uncheck where it would make them your default video/ audio players. I do suggest allowing the installtion to put short cuts on your desk top.

One follow up if you turn on the Visualizer with the settings of full picture and unlimited frames be forewarned. Those setting pushed my gaming system to 99%!! Now guys don't anyone fool you, last year I had the Kick A$$ system of the year. Point is at these settings you will not be able to anything else. Otherwise just minimize the screen and you can continue to do your work and enjoy the sounds.

I've been using I-Tunes for about 18 months. I basically use it for the radio features. It's one of the few places I can find some nice Jazz.

EDIT My Creative EAX and iTune have a conflict... not sure how to un-do it... so until I figure out the problem don't run your EAX.

I've been using iTunes for a while, too. It's fabulous. My wife and I have mini iPods and the interface is slick. Can play the tunes from my iPods wirelessly through my home and car stereos, too.

Glad everything is working. I use an Audigy 2 soundboard, and never had a problem using EAX when running iTunes. I now know I can keep using it.

The jazz station I found I really like is: SmoothJazz.com 128kbps.

I like the Smooth Jazz station, and listen to that station a lot. But it depends on my mood. Lately I've been fluctuating between KSBR and Forever Cool.

A lot of times when listening to KSBR I find myself saying "What the @#$% is this?" [^] Then wind up tapping my foot to it. I only wish I could find out who the artists are that are playing. The sessions are so long that by the time the DJ says who was playing each set, I generally miss it.

If you go for example to SmoothJazz.com on the opening page it tells you what it is currently playing. [8D] I have not check with the other stations yet.
