Another look at "Road Kill"

We just received an EMail from Amazon this AM regarding a new book- now available
called "MAMMAL MENU" by Meish Goldish. I read the chapter titles and from what I see they may not sell many. I know things are tough in some places out there, But-WOW!!! :(

Only things I haven't tried on there are mouse (have had rat though) and camel. Horse is popular here and is delicious! Colt steaks are even better.
