Just Finished Hab's Canadian Bacon

Just did a batch of Hab's Canadian Bacon here for my South Florida friends but had to test it first.


Eggs Benedict with prosciutto and green onions (no I did not make the bacon, I bring it from PA, no way I could duplicate that , it's so good)

Hey i was thinking, maybe a north east smokeout at my place?  have the deck, patio and pool. not to far for duck either and there are some members in ny, md and nj. Of course the calif members can come too  ;D
