Have 2 racks of pork ribz doing tomorrow.

Here they are before nepas secret #10 rub  ;D



Rubbed with secret #10 rub  8) Going in the fridge overnite to get happy.



Oh yeah here is secret #10 nepas rub  :o


Going to smoke em with some mesquite for 2 hours @190* Then just heat @190* until i see bone end showin about 3/4-1"

Nepa, does #10 mean it is nuclear? The score marks in the ribs...are you doing that instead of fighting the membrane. I like to do full racks like that. The purists like to trim them to "St. Louis style" but what a waste of some beautiful meat! But second pic looks like you trimmed. Sup?

Yea SS i always pull the membrane. I scored em this time so the rub can go deeper when the fat starts to render down into the meat.

#10 rub is just kinda warm.

Two rack sof pork ribs, smoked with mesquite for 2 hours @190* Then bumped to 225* for 1.5 hours (no smoke) and held back @190* for 2 more hours covered. Was hard to get em out cuz they wanted to break apart. I mopped em with some sauce and foiled em to rest for an hour.

Looking good, Nepas!  I think after seeing the picture of #10 I've got the ingredients figured out.  Can you send me your recipe so I can double-check with what my thoughts are?  8) ;D ;D
