Crazy Bisquette Problem 2

I read Johnhardy1's problem, I have a smoke generator that advances the first puck correctly, then just goes on fast forward, and shoves every puck into the water. The Bradley uk people sent me another, but I still have the old, anyone any ideas how to fix.

Is it the generator from an OBS or DBS?

If it is an OBS, this may be the problem. Advancing Bisquettes Too Quickly

There is another solution for the digital, but I can't locate it at this moment.

I will give that a try, I have tried spraying the button to see if that was the problem but to no avail, I even sent a photo to the seller, as he said that might be the problem, but he reckoned the button was in the correct position. The generator is from an OBS.
