Hello Nepas, I am going to try my first batch of snack sticks this weekend. I am going to try the High Mtn seasoning. They say to smoke at 200 for 2 hrs. Will your smoke/cook times work with High Mtn's recipe? Also, how do you check the IT, I didn't see any probes in your video. I dont use HM if you follow their instructions you should be fine. As far as probes i can feel and tell if its done.

We are doing as we should be over all.  Traveling like crazy, work will cause even more travel shortly, we lost my mom in Feb, nephew wedding in Jan, but all-in-all the world is turning very much the way it is supposed to turn.  We are good.  Thanks for asking,  We pray for you and yours in the military daily.
