I know i said i was going to take a break for a couple days but i got hungry. So i fired up the BBQ and doing some steak.

Traeger getting hot and smokey



Steak with Carne seasoning  ;D



Steak with grill marks on one side.



Finished Mmmmmmm  ;D

I'm glad that I am not the only one that has no clue what I grill. I rip open the package and season and wrap or marinade. Buy that time I have no clue to the name of the cut. If it's tasty.....who cares! ;D
