Don't know how many of you been to the Salt Lick near Driftwood TX but its real good.  When we go thru TX we make it a point to stop. Last year I went and picked up some rubs while there. Tonight I rubbed some of the alt lick dry rub on some pork ribs for tomorrow  ;D

Here the ribs have the rub on em.

Here is the rub.

Our neighbors are coming over tomorrow for some eats of ribs and wings. Going to have to low N slow em on the big "T"  ;D

When my neighbors got here for dinner i didnt have to much time to take pics. This was the rack i set aside. I cooked boneless ribs, wings and had some macoroni salad, beans.

This rack has the Salt Lick dry rub on em. BBQ in my Traeger.

Bacon is the Crack Cocaine of the Food World.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!
