T-Shirt Ham or Tuxedo Ham?

Just returned from a football party where I brought an Olds doublesmoked T-shirt ham for the assembled multitudes.  Rubbed in Dizzy Pig Ragin rub as suggested by Big Smoker, 8 hours in oak with the T-shirt, then in the frig for 4 days in the T-shirt.  Tasted so good, it even distracted the Patriots fans from the game! [:D]

I don't think T-shirt ham is an appropriate monniker for something to elegantly simple:  perhaps the Olds "Tuxedo Ham" would be more suitable!  [;)][:D]
