Hello to all here in the forum! I'm new to smoking and look forward to learning more about it and
trying some different techniques.

I recently bought the non digital original Bradley in SS. I have done one smoking so far in it with
5lbs of Loin back ribs smoked with Hickory using the 3-2-1 method and they turned out awesome.

For Dinner tonight, two smoked pork tenderloins (on top) - Loin backs and some beef short ribs.

Marinated the pork loins over night in apple juice, brown sugar and a little soy sauce.

We will see how they turned out, when i wrapped them in foil with apple juice they already seemed tender.

I used the Apple Bisquettes.
