Regular collagen casing with an elastic net around it. Thus when stuffed and cut the bologna slices will have a daisy flower look to it.
Never seen it before. Will be watching this one.

I been wanting some for a few years but finally got a great deal on some ;D
Its kinda expensive. Also goes by the name of Visco net.
Do you use the same procedure for stuffing them? Are they any more delicate? Would think they might be a little stronger because of the elastic netting around them.

NePa, when you gonna slice one? Kimmie wants to see what they look like. I tried to tell her but she does not get it.

Pros & Cons of the Hukki casings.
Pros
Looks nice when sliced
Cons
Needs the zip strip along the side of the casing to split it. Hard to peel the casing after you take the net off, just take your time.
If your a beginner this may be a challenge.

Where are you going to get bread that shape?
They make molds that shape, for years and years my mother use to make holiday breads in stars and daisy shapes
