wife and I love Jalapeno's ordered some.
I understand the jalapeno part but why would you adulterate them by mixing them into cat soup?

From Heinz:
Hi John,
Unfortunately this is a Facebook only promotion. However, the product will be available in select retailers (like Walmart and Target) starting January 2013. If your friend wants the product before the New Year, perhaps you could place an order and have it shipped to their house? Sorry we couldn't better assist you. Hope you like the product!
Thanks for checking into it john.
Looks good. Think I'll wait till they hit the stores.

Me too, I have a walmart 1 mile away in one direction and 2 miles away in the other direction.
I read it will be on the store shelves next year. I don't care much for Ketchup, but I did order some for gifts. I like trying to find the unusual for gifts.
I have a pretty good recipe for Heinz ketchup if some one is up to experimenting on their own. I use it in my BBQ sauce. Seems cheating to use stuff like a prepared store bought ketchup in a home made sauce. LOL! If I was doing it I'd smoke some and add to it. Bet it would beat that store bought unsmoked sauce! Just an idea.
I'd like the recipe please!
This isnt mine just a close copy I got some where.
one 12-ounce can tomato paste
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until smooth.
2. When mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring often.
3. Remove pan from heat and cover until cool. Chill and store in a covered container.
Makes 3 cups.
Thank you Viper! Now I can include homemade ketchup too!

I second that. I will add to it and compare which is better.
You can always try making your own. Heinz makes a Hot & Spicy ketchup. I no longer buy it, and make my own. As for ketchup I only like Heinz.
Heinz Hot & Spicy Ketchup (http://www.susanminor.org/forums/showthread.php?805-Hot-amp-Spicy-Ketchup&p=1207#post1207)
Instead of Tabasco sauce, use the Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce.
I have also made Sriracha Ketchup (http://www.susanminor.org/forums/showthread.php?806-Sriracha-Ketchup&p=1208#post1208) using the above recipe.
I also make Sriracha ketchup-1/4 cup Siriracha to 1 cup ketchup
The family calls it Dads Ketchup ;D

Put that recipe in my E-recipe binder Viper, Thanks!!
Your all welcome. Makes a recipe more your own. I bought some Butch T Trinidad scorpion peppers seed this year. Scoville unit 1.6 million- 2 million. Thought I might add some to ketchup or some thing and send in my Christmas exchange next year ! With the appropriate warnings of coarse. Should be interesting if some one enjoy real hot like I do. Thinking of making hot sause and dust too! Will really be death dust then! LOL!
That was quick!

It taste GREAT! I already lost two bottles to my father gonna hide the rest!
Mine arrived today...haven't broken into it yet.
If someone wants to try a bottle, I will send one bottle out for the cost of shipping only.
To be the lucky person...let's say that you have to post a short explanation on why you deserve it more than the other people.
Let's have some fun with this.
Darn...mine not due in until Monday! That's what I get for living towards the left coast. And we'll be out of town then so I will have to delay the delivery. :(
