Had a family incident lastnight and that bad boy went right in the fridge shortly after my last post.

Will cut it tonight,,,,,, I want to see the money shot as bad as the rest of you.  ;D

Is it going to show up in the Whats for lunch thread today?  Hope everything is OK with the family. Or was it just a "A Shiny Thing"

Not for lunch today, was late when I got to bed and 5 AM comes early.  ;D

Looks great Curt. I think I would leave the Kraut the same in the next batch. That way you can pan fry up some kraut and add it to the sandwich as your making it. Maybe even a tad more Thousand Island dressing. Just a Thunk

I did add 1/4 cup dressing to the meat mixture along with the slather on the meat,,still needs more.

Think I'll add 1 tsp caraway seed to it next time also.
