Got a big easy oil less fryer for Christmas. Think that will be my cooker for the motor home. Propane will handle when better. I  am also learning they cook a lot more then turkeys and chicken. With roper set up and a few wood chips you can also add smoke. Sure no low and slow but will handle the job. Bradley has its own pedestal in the garage and is for the precise smoking. LOL But for 69.00 I could help but try it. May also be good for crisping chicken after smoking in the Bradley.
