Made some pulled pork for the new Years party I am heading to.

Setup with a 5 hour mix of Apple and Hickory

Butts rubbed down with yellow mustard and the rub

Top one hit 195 after 18 hours and the bottom at 21 hours. Here they are after a few hours being wrapped up in foil and towels and in the cooler.

Pulled and ready to go

While I was at it I made some Cashews as well

BBQ Sauce, Worcestershire, Green Tabasco,  and butter

Top right got a little too done  >:( so i ate those right away haha
