Ribs

Lamb shanks, sometimes leg of lamb

Pastrami

Chicken & Turkey

Brisket

Salmon hot smoked usually Kummoks recipe

Salmon cold smoked

Trout usually Boutch's recipe

Just about anything i can find really, it's all one big adventure!
