Garlic and cracked pepper jerky

FLBR,
That is some fine looking jerky my friend.

I bought a jerky cannon today!  WOOHOO!  That's the end of me freezing the ground meat and then slicing before going in the dehydrator although that method is absolutely great but this last batch I screwed up(imagine that)and left it in the deep freeze for over a day and my slicer labored to get through it at first.

Your going to love your new tool, its easer to clean than the slicer, less likley to loose a finger also.  ;D

I went to Sam's today and looking thru the meat market I saw 3 eye of rounds and all I could see after that was FBR's jerky.

Some mighty fine looking jerky.

My hand in that jar.

I should have brought some jerky with me on this trip. My kids will probably have it vacuumed up by the time I get back.

We make that much every other week or so!
