I was wondering if it is possible to make up some Fattys, smoke them and then store/refrigerate, and re-heat for serving?  I have a big urge for breakfast based fatty, but prefer doing other stuff early Saturday morning.  8)

Anybody make fattys with scrambled eggs inside?

Thanks in advance
Tom
I may not know much about cooking, but I know lots about eating...

That does sound good. I don't see why you couldn't. I'm sure somebody will correct me on this :). 8)

I don't see why not, I have seen were people put eggs, sausage, cheese, and potatoes in the fatty.

Great big yes on both questions.  And I will freeze them and thaw later also.

I like a little jalapeno and chorizo on mine

This one I think had tater tots and bacon and lots of cheese!

Fuzzy, but the one on the bottom right corner

You do 250 for two hours with smoke then let cool, wrap and put in refrigerator.

Next morning preheat over to 300 and cook for 1 hour?

I have cooked complete and then froze.  Reheated when I was ready to eat.

Right there with Gus.  I take them to the hunting lease or to the river during summer.  Freeze and reheat, they are great!

What temp do you reheat at? how long does it take?
