display wont work but smoker does??

i recently purchased a 4 rack digital and have used it once without issue. This time when i turned it on the display didn't light up. The smoke box works and feeds bisquettes and the oven works (no idea on the temp but its hot). Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like a lose connector inside the control box, take the screws out of the bottom of the control and check all the connections. Just my two cents worth.
