Ribs kinda dry & Brisket this weekend

hows it going i just wanted to let you know that i did brisket the other weekend. i went to the butchers and purchased a whole beef brisket. i paid $1.99/lb ended up being about 17lbs. i seperated the point from the flat and trimmed up the fat on one side. leaving about 1/4 inch of fat and totall trimmed the other side to just meat. after this it ended up around 9.5lbs. smoked it for 4 hours with hickory and at a temp of 210. then let it cook for another 18 hours at 210. i posted pics of the brisket just search for me and you will see. thing of bueaty.
