I'll take that as a compliment Giggles...legless people chasing donuts and the hill...ok...(was quite funny) but...we should never make fun...it's not right...but also...it's not right...try to behave my friend...  :)

Got hit up after the party last week if I would mind smoking a couple of briskets for one of my co-worker, thats a silly question!
All rubbed up and rested overnight, waiting for the smoker to come up to temp



3 hours of smoke and total of 6 hours in the smoker



Boated up and into the oven overnight @ 220, total cook time 20 hours and FTC'ing as I type to be delivered on the way to work today!
