Everything I prep for my BBQ, Cookshack, or Bradley is the same prep for me. The advantage of having a Bradley for me is I'm able to cold smoke in a Bradley can not do that with my BBQ or Cookshack. Hot smoking in the Bradley is much more controllable compared to the Cookshack. All of the smoked sausage I make I'm unable to do them in a BBQ.
