I have read alot of great commmets about Jan's Rub. How can I purchase some of this ? Summer is here and it is time to start smokin. i am doing 10lb's of elk snack sticks/5lb's of beef jerky in the A.M. Ribs on Saturday, Pulled Pork on Sunday. Icemans Sauce on everything. I still have 6 jars left. I have 6 jars of the twisted chicken sauce left also. I am a lucky man....LOL :-*

I would love to trade you some Jan's Rub for the Iceman's liquid gold but it is not in my nature to be so cruel.
Jan's Rub is a recipe you can use and mix your own.  Here is a link to the Recipe site where it is posted.

pullinpork,
My wife Jan will be really thrilled that you wanted to order some of the rub.  We put that rub together specifically for chicken but then learned it was good on just about everything.  Giz has provided you with the link for the recipe.

Enjoy!

This post inspired me to finally mix some of this stuff up.  I had ordered all the ingredients a few weeks back, but hadn't done it yet.  I discovered I had no garlic salt so had to sub 1/8 cup of granulated garlic and 1/8 cup of normal salt, so hopefully that'll be ok.  Tastes good when I dip my finger in....  haven't got anything to try it out on yet!

TD,
I know this may sound a little strange but it will taste better after having been kept in an airtight container overnight.  The different flavors seem to meld together.
