Decided to make a meatloaf today. Used the basic 'ain't yo mommas meatloaf' recipe but changed a couple things. I ground up 1/2 pound of bacon to add to the mixture, did not have any cumin so I added my homemade chipotle powder. I just put it into the Bradley for 1 hour of Maple and then 1 to 1-1/2 hrs cooking.

Ready to go into the smoker

Just into the smoker

Thanks Rick, theres ground bacon mixed in also.  :)

Just about ready to come out, needs a few more degrees IT. Some places are only 156, I'm shooting for 165.

Some people are like Slinkies... They're really good for nothing.
...But they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

UIS, you would not like it, it has ground bacon in it and I just finished glazing it with raspberry/chipotle bbq sauce.  ;)

Its looking real good, can't wait to eat.

Pens - that looks awesome.

that sauce would be awesome on meatloaf.  I think I'll try it on a turkey meatloaf this week.
