Pork Roasts

My neighbor came over and said hey the school is throwing these away. WOWSERS I scored 300lbs of frozen prok roasts. All cryovac sealed. These 5 are going to be done for a party for my 2 yr old grandaughter on the 20th. I think 59lbs should feed 67 people ;D

They filled my freezer to the top.

300lbs is what i got. The total they were tossing was 1000lbs. It was a couple months out of date and the new supplier they are using will not sell to them if they have stored, out of date food. So the 1000lbs got split up between my neighbor and 2 other workers.
