Man I want one of those and one of those and a couple of those other things...oh oh and one of those as well !!!!

I got the floor poured this morning in the smokehouse. Took 2 1/5 bags of ready crete.

Next i am going to install some pre drilled angle on the inside for some expanded steel smoking grates. They will allow me to smoke jerky at a higher volume. Deer season is close  ;D

I'm getting real close to putting the final touches to the smokehouse. Still gotta fix up my BS generator and cold smoker to the side, make some racks for jerky.

I have access to 10 tri axle loads of river rock so i spread it around the smoker.

My mother in law had 2, 75lb LPG tanks she gave me a few years ago. Got one filled (another freebie) and ready for hunting season smoking  ;D

Got my burners ready to go.

Digitals ready  ;D

Now just a little LPG pipe to be done on the outside.
