first pork shoulder

it was very good, ended up with a lot more pork then i was suspecting, made enough for probably 14-15 people.

Got nothing but praises from everyone, I ate it with my parents, and my 6 year old sister thought i should leave the leftovers with them...maybe should have because that would give me a reason to make something else!
