Wow, Pat. I have been to Canada many times for work and vacation. I have yet to see a moose in the wild let alone get a chance to hunt one. And in Alaska your seeing them out the window. Damm I got to get up there sometime. Course it doesn't help being laid off from work.

I just had to post my moose-in-the-front-yard pic, too.
But this was during the winter.
I took this from my kitchen window.

While we are waiting for someone to get a deer or elk in our house hold, I thought I'd post a pic a real pretty deer my hubby got off our place in 2006.
Hopefully we'll get some 2009 pics here soon  :)

Recent trip to Caney - well 2 months ago before the rains filled up the rivers

Four of us went

One of my buddies went upstream

Two others went downstream

Typical rainbow caught that day - did not get any photos of the browns.

Brookie that came to my soft hackle

All and all a good trip - good friends and good fishing!

Nice pics Caney... Looks like a nice place to relax and fish. In that kind of place I would not care if I caught fish or not  ;D

Two pics from my recent fishing trip with my Dad.  He was catching Reds when he really wanted to catch Specks.  But good time anyway!
