Okay I finally got around to down load the pics and here they are:
First the side dishes; left to right; mashed potatoes and gravy, Maxican caviar (thanks 10.5) and Battirshk and egg plant dish from Syria

Second the condiments; pickled lemons, olives and some good garden vegetables

Now the smoked stuff; Butt and bone in picnic. The rub is Bassman's smoked in Hickory and presented by my precious.

The salmon brined in simple brine and smoked in Apple

La Feast De Resistance; spare ribs in Jan's rub (thanks Jan and Ky) smoked according to 10.5's and recommendation (Cranberry Apple juice)

The complete spread

Bunch of Jordanians waiting for chow

Same bunch attacking the food. I am the one in the white shirt

Finally, the reason that made it all possible; my DBS6

Last but not least, I want to thank all you guys who helped me the night before, especially; 10.5, Mr. Walleye, Squirt , and and CRG for all his late late night advices.

Impressive HR. Well done.

What's next?

Peter

Hey Peter, after last night massive success and having read recently about some one who smoked a whole pig, I am seriously contemplating smoking a whole sheep, a small one mind you but a whole one nevertheless.
