Hi Brad.  As everyone else said, welcome to the forum.  You'll find some of the most creative recipes and best smoking techniques here.

I'm also from CT, in Newtown.  Born in Bridgeport, raised a couple of years in Stratford, then in Trumbull, Huntington, Stamford and finally here.  I guess I don't get around much.  ;)

Hi Arnie, nice to meet a local member, seems to be a few from CT.The recipes I have come across are great and I think i'm already hooked. Thanks for the welcome.
