It's hard to say pens and I was somewhat skeptical but now I'm a believer.  I've heard of coffee used in recipes before but never used it.

To the best of my knowledge, Marvin imports organic beans and roasts them in Texas.  From that you get a large variety of coffee beans and the rub.

The food doesn't taste like coffee when it's cooked.  It's hard to describe other than to say it's interesting - and good.

Check out Marvin's site at http://www.rodakscoffeeandgrills.com/

All the different coffee there makes my head spin.

This stuff does sound interesting. I often use coffee in my beef roast recipes. Here is one I love to cook in a Big Easy.

Dad always said "don't add water for moister, add flavor" meaning toss the water and use a liquid with flavor in it such as wine, coffee beer etc...     I miss my Dad, he was a great cook!

OBTW 10.5, great news letter this month!

Another great Newsletter. It is probably just me, but I could not figure out who wrote the appraisal on the Ceramic.

You would win that bet Squirt. It was our friend Bryon over at Yard and Pool that did the review of the Primo Ceramic Grill.

Thanks Bryon and Arnie for your contributions this Month!

Thanks 10.5. Both reviews were great. The ceramic got my attention. Then I could not find the credit going to the writer on the ceramic.

oakville smoker

I think I got deleted from the distribution list
Maybe, guilty of no pics for last smoke?
Please put me back on, I feel so left out !   ???
All I wanted to do was slow smoke some ribs.  Another addiction created thanks to the Bradley that requires regular servicing...  But what an addiction to have.  Even better to share here with some of the best people on the planet.

Would you like smoke with that sir ?

OS I haven't deleted anyone from the NEW mailing list. When we had some problems with an individual saying we where spamming him once a month. We sent out a final mass mailing asking that if you wanted to remain on the mailing list that you reply. If you didn't reply then your name was not put on the new mailing list. Must have caught you sleeping that day. If you would send me an email I will get you back on the list. (I save all the opt in emails just in case it happens again I can say here is the email requesting to be on the list)
