Decided to take smoke Brisket for the Mississippi Hunt.

Almost a 14lb brisket and rubbed it with Zack's Original Brisket Rub.

In the Bradley with some "Friends" getting Oaked Smoked

Auber in place and gonna leave it alone.

That is an odd shaped brisket!

Where there's smoke, there's food.

It's 14lbs and is too big for the rack.

I forced it in and it will shrink to fit.

That looks good. I need to do up a brisket.

Nice, that should take awhile to finish.
I like to walk threw life on the path of least resistance. But sometimes the path needs a good kick in the ass.

Some people are like Slinkies... They're really good for nothing.
...But they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

This reminds me I need to get me another brisket cook done.
Bacon is the Crack Cocaine of the Food World.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

About 2 in the morn.

That "odd shaped", "Yak" looking, "Camel" brisket somehow got magicially transformed by Gabi during the nite into a

lean, mean Brisket machine!

Looks great, CRG!  But I have to ask:  No butts for this hunting trip?
