The Bacon weave goes on that monster HOW????
Bacon is the Crack Cocaine of the Food World.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

Now I get it, the rack bent and fell to the bottom of the smoker which means your major fattie died a horrible death.

Please post pictures of finished product.

I did it!  I did it!

It's not difficult as long as one is shown how by a good instructor.  Thanks OU!  :D

I had 18 slices of bacon.  Luckily I had the LEM bacon stretcher to even things up  ;D  I built this on wax paper.  A few pics.

Wove in the 'backbone'.

About 1/2 done.

All done.

Another sheet of wax paper on top.  Then wrapped in foil and into the fridge.  I'll probably be using it on Friday but couldn't wait for the "weave experience".

I'm a weaver from now on!

If you have larger pictures, that would be an nice addition to the recipe site.

I can get some larger pictures, I took these with my phone.
