How come I didnt get an invite to the camp out?  I would have brought some food to throw on the smoker.  Have been anxious to try the BPS.  Pork looks good!
Is it bad if my wife refers to the smoker as "The Mistress"?

It was good. You were right, it does have a bit of kick, but with the first ingredient being Cayenne pepper... that would be expected.

I put it on the bigger one, the smaller one had a milder rub the name of which escapes me at this time.

When camping with kids aged 5 and 6, you don't go anywhere without it, or hot dogs.

oakville smoker

How come there is no snow there ?
There is lots here ....   LOL
All I wanted to do was slow smoke some ribs.  Another addiction created thanks to the Bradley that requires regular servicing...  But what an addiction to have.  Even better to share here with some of the best people on the planet.

Would you like smoke with that sir ?

Smokey the Bear.

Dont worry Oakville it will be over soon enough, just a few more blizzards. ???
If it has eyes and a head,I would probably eat it. Eh
